Meet Kate
Kate Conyers is an accomplished manager with 12 years of professional experience. For the past six years, she has been refining her knowledge of real estate, property management and association management. Starting out as a marketing professional in New Jersey, she later transitioned to real estate sales and flipping houses, which provided her with knowledge of project management, home values, and the importance of maintaining homes.
During her time in property management, she helped care for a range of different types of residential properties such as single-family homes, mixed-use buildings, and apartment communities. She learned how to handle many of the problems that arise from everyday household maintenance to emergencies situations like floods, fallen trees, and plumbing/electrical issues. Property management also provided her with the opportunity to lead teams toward a common goal of creating desirable places for others to call home.
She also spent some time in Florida as a licensed association manager (LCAM) for several prestigious golf communities in North Florida. Among her other day-to-day tasks, her time was spent helping manage large community projects, creating budgets, and ensuring communities stayed up to the standards of the associations.
Kate is excited to now use all of her previous experience to serve communities in the Charleston area, the place she has called home for the past three years. She strives to deliver financial stability, improve organization, and ensure compliance for the boards and communities she serves. She's known for being a problem solver, effective communicator and catalyst of implementation. Her vast experience makes her well-rounded and knowledgeable in many areas that are key to be a successful association manager.
