1. Initial Inquiry
- Contact Bersh HOA with your businesses needs. We will request 2-4 items that we need to properly review your request.
- Our CEO, Collin Schuhmacher, will reach out via email and phone to understand your business's inquiry in a more in-depth manner. We aim to customize every Seller's need based on their individual goals. On this call we can usually provide a valuation.
- At this point we have both agreed to continue our partnership and work toward an agreement. Bersh HOA will review key business details, schedule a site visit in person, and work collaboratively with you for a successful transition plan.
- Bersh will provide all necessary closing documents and work to close and fund the transaction in a timely manner so you can transition to your next chapter and beyond!
